Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before document processing or delivery has begun.

Once a digital standards document has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to the customer, cancellation and refund requests may be restricted due to the nature of electronic products and applicable publisher licensing conditions.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is approved, we will generally process it within 7 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
